Air Travel
If you require air travel to CIC Greece 2025 you must follow company policy. Local Greece team book with Christina Batzaka, international attendees book through Concur. Please enter "CIC Greece 2025" under travel reason.
CIC will only cover the costs of flights booked through official travel system unless an exception has been approved by Yoon Kim. If you need to book air travel but cannot use the approved system, email cic-logistics@cadence.com for an exception request (include a short description of your situation).
Ground Transportation
Round trip transportation to/from Porto Carras Grand Resort will be offered to all approved attendees. Buses will depart from two BETA CAE Systems office locations; Kato Scholari and Thermi. If you are planning on driving to the event, please make a note of this in the next question.
Hotel, Pre/Post Extension (for people who travel from abroad)
A block of rooms has been reserved for CIC Greece 2025. Attendees will be booked automatically by the CIC Travel Team. Program arrival and departure dates are Wednesday, 1 October and Friday 3, October respectively.
Any requests for pre/post extensions at the Porto Carras Grand Resort will be reviewed by CIC Greece Travel team. Availability is limited and based on approval. If you are requesting additional nights make a note of it in the registration process.
If the extension is due to travel flight restrictions and/or schedules, please note this on the registration form under Hotel Pre/Post Request. It will be reviewed by management. Will you be driving your car to the hotel or taking the bus from office? Are you planning on staying at the Porto Carras Grand Resort during the conference dates?
