Buses will be departing from two BETA office locations: Kato Scholari and Thermi on 1 October, 2025 at 15:00. Plan on arriving 20 minutes before departure time. 

The conference will take place at the Porto Carras Grand Resort located at Neos Marmaras 630 81, Greece. 

Our team will book your hotel reservation. By default, everyone is booked at the Porto Carras Grand Resort from 1 October, checking out 3 October, unless you request otherwise in the hotel section of registration. You will receive hotel confirmation details closer to the event. 

Please make a note of this and we will connect you to the hotel to book directly with them.

Most presentations will be 30 minutes long including Q&A, unless noted otherwise by your technical program chair. We suggest a 24-minute presentation with 6 minutes for Q&A. Please check with your program chair.

The rooms will be set for around 220 people. We will provide a laptop, projector, and screen. The team will provide a Teams link to upload your presentation. Below please find additional information:

- Please prepare your presentation in 16:9 PowerPoint slides using the CIC Greece 2025 template.

- Submit your FINAL presentation via Teams folder.

- Please save your presentation in the following format: Track Name_Author Name_Presentation Title_Version #.

- Additional details will follow closer to the event (schedule).

CIC Greece 2025 covers the hotel stay, airfare (if applicable), airport transportation and meals during the conference only. Incidentals (like travel to/from your home to your departure airport, meals on travel days, and meals outside of conference organized meals) are not covered by CIC Greece 2025. These would be expensed to your own cost center, and are subject to company guidelines on eligible expenses.
